Look up your invoice

Enter the invoice number and the email address listed on your invoice. If they match our records, you can view the balance and pay securely through Square.

Example: LSO-001 (printed on your quote or invoice)

Use the same email address listed on your invoice. No access code is needed. Only the invoice number, amount due, and payment status will be shown.

Note: Invoices are registered automatically in the portal when the integration is active. Your invoice number and the billing email must match. You may also pay directly from the payment link in your original invoice email or text. Do not pay the same invoice twice.

Only use this alternative if Lone Star Overwatch instructed you to make a payment that is not covered by the individual invoice link. You must enter the exact amount due and your invoice reference; this payment is matched manually and may not mark your invoice as paid automatically.
